The BD-UEA expanging agent encounters water and chemically reacts with the cement mineral component. The reaction product is calcium sulphoaluminate (ie ettringite) or calcium hydroxide or iron hydroxide which causes volume expansion effect. Its product performance indicators have reached the GB23439-2009 quality standards.
BD-UEA high-efficiency concrete expanding agent can be used for concrete projects and cement products requiring crack prevention, seepage prevention, jointing, filling.

    Precautions

1. The mix design of concrete with JZ-HEA high-efficiency concrete expansion agent should meet the technical indexes and construction work requirements required for design, such as strength, expansion performance, impermeability and durability.

2. The expansion of the expansion according to the design requirements of the expansion rate using engineering materials, through the matching ratio test.

3. Recommended dosage: 10% (inner blending) of cementitious material, 10-12% in shrinkage shrinkage concrete, 12-15% in post-casting strip , expansion reinforcing strip and engineering joint filling.

4. During construction, ensure that the compensation shrinkage concrete is prepared according to the design requirements of the mix ratio to ensure the accuracy of the amount of expansion agent.

5. The mixing time of the concrete mixed on site should be extended by 30s compared with ordinary concrete to ensure uniformity of expansion agent and cement and water reducing agent, and improve its homogeneity.
