JCPP-520 Automatic Multi-station Thermoforming Machine are developed by our research and development department,according to the demand of packing market.Absorbing the advantages of aluminum-plastic blister packaging machine and plastic molding machine, the new machine developed according to the requirements of madical "GMP" and food " QS" standards.Machine adopts automatic forming ,punching and cutting as the special properties of product of the users.With advanced technology ,safe and simples operation ,advoiding the consumption of labor caused by manual punching and the pollution caused by the employees during work,guarantee the quality of products.The machine equipped with panels heating ,low power consumption ,small external footprint,economical and practical .So the machine is widely used in manufacturing lids,covers,trays,plates,boxes.

The machine has reasonable in design,novel in structure,adopts infrared radiation heating and servo traction ,and has the advantages of plate mold,punching ,cutting and collecting waste,synchronous assembly line working , and the excellent performance of machine guide rail stroke adjustment.The production process is intuitive,easy to operate and maintain, and complete functions,with obvious characteristics as following:

1. Adopt gears,screws and other transmission device, swing the handle to make various molds move left and right on the round guider.Suit for different packing size,expanded scope of application of machine, improve the performance of the machine,makes debugging easier.

2. With the chain servo traction device,the traction stroke can be steplessly adjustable between20-350mm.

3. Adopt infrared radiation heating,the heating area is corresponds to the forming area, to ensure the heating temperature of materials can be meet the requirements of positive pressure forming ,keep the material's shrinkage rate the most stable quantity,ensure the molding quality of products.This new heating system and material are no touch,to keep the material's suface intact after the pressured, ensure the products are more transparent,surface intact , greatly improves the appearance of the products.

4. According to the needs of the products,depend on the products,choose concave die or terrace die to achieve the best forming effect.

5. Programmable logic design using PLC programmable controller.host frequency control,man-machine interface display operating. The values of each part can be directly set in the man-machine interface to make the operation more intuitive and simple.

6.Press-cut by laser cutter,equipped with servo control system,to samrt adjust the pressure of cutter & lift of cutter.

7.Servo smart automatic stacking system,the number of stacks can be set.
