1.How many days for production time once samples are confirmed?
Usually we need 7-10days the production for basic jewelry, and 15-20days for special new style and internal jewelry.
2. What Payment terms?
30% before production and 70% before shipping.
3. How should I do if goods are not to my satisfactory?
If goods are in good condition and without quality problem, we do not accept return. But if goods have quality problem which are caused by our side, it can be returned for sure.
4. Can I get a sample?
Yes if samples are in stock, we can send you a few samples but shipping fees should be payed by yourself.
5. How you ship the order?
