Feeding Unit:
Servo Motor Drive timing belt feeding system will provide stable and high speed feeding.
Easy set-up for the blank to synchronize to the touchscreen control system.
Top load blank for non-stop feeding.
Applicable to 250 g/㎡ up to E-flute corrugated cardboard.
Positioning unit :
Sheet position correction, adopts polymer nylon materials guide rail to ensure paper smooth moving and less damage for paper surface.
Delivery blanks in position by pushing block on the chain by servo motor
Gluing unit:
The gluing roller is made from 304 stainless steel material which is in high corrosion resistance and is easy to clean.
The gluing roller can be driven in transverse and longitudinal way by manual without stop.
The gluing roller will be uplift if no blank passing, to avoid the gluing on the belt.
Film unit:
Film cutting in transversal way was finished by hobbing cutter, which is controlled by servo motor, higher speed and easy to adjust the cutting position.
If the film need to cut in longitudinal way, such as tissue paper box, we will equipped intermittent blade.
Suction cylinder unit:
Easy adjusting handle for positioning the film to the blank.
Use suction cylinder to hold the cut film in position before applying the film onto blank.
The cylinder controlled by the servo motor, less requirement for the film and high working speed, the film sheet position can be adjusted non stopping.

Delivery
The blank will be transferred onto the delivery conveyor belt in overlap way.
