A:Our officially promised warranty time is 2 years after delivery at best.hardware problems can be replaced with parts, software problems can be resolved by remote control, with a perfect system and professional before-sales and after-sales engineers.

5) Q:what's the shipment terms and delivery time of your company?
A:Well, they depends on the quantity of your order. As you know ,we need time to manufacture the machines.but mostly ,the shipment time is 3-7 working days after delivery.For Delivery way, for Sample and Bulk order < 100KG, we will kindly suggest Express and Air freight, when Air freight and Sea shipping for Bulk order >100KG. As for detailed cost, it depends on your final order.

7) Q:I would like to ask you if it's possible to have my logo on the product.
A:We hope you know that our company CSXT perfectly support customized logo service. But, we also hope you know that it's an extraservice,so a little bit extra service fee is needed.

A:We are using Samsung,LG,AUO and CHIMEI screen.

• Step 1.  100% inspection for all incoming materials by our IQC department, if the deficient rate is over our standard 2%, we will return the defective materials to our suppliers for rework, if less than 2%, we will change the defective parts by new qualified materials.


• Step 2.  Before on-line production, all the appearance and functions of the boards must be 100% checked by our QC department.


• Step 3.  Semi-finished goods must be 100% inspected by our QC department, if any defective part, we will repair it and then return it to the production line again.


• Step 4.  IPQC(Input process quality control) must patrol inspecting during production process.


• Step 5.  Completed sets must be 100% checked by the QC department, after that, all the goods start 24 hours aging testing


• Step 6.  After aging testing, QC department will 100% check all goods again and then start packing.


• Step 7.  After packing, QA department will start sampling inspection, then we will inform customers to arrange the inspection date of the goods.
