Sawdust dryer machine for wood 

1. Component

Main case (engine body), movement (heat conduction), heat recovery, heat discharge pipe, fan, motor, reduction box, heat stove, distribution box etc.

 

2. Application scope

Internal combustion style dryer machine widely used in wood powder, wood sawdust, wood shavings, fish meal, dried blood, bean dregs, brewer’s grain, bagasse, pomace, corn embryo, rice husk, peanut shell, corn cob, cassava, feed and animal waste etc, high humidity material drying.

 

3. Working principle

Hot air enters into the heat conduction, after preheat, and convey the raw material to the engine body. Through the heat reflection of thermal pipe to dry the material, then circulate and extract with the hot wind by fan and realized the drying process

5. Operational approach

1. Fixed the main engine followed the layout, connect all pipes and fan

2. Connect the circuit of the distribution box.

3. Check all parts and screws

4. Check all lubricant housings parts

5. Pilot run with empty machine, check the forward and reverse of the motor.

6. Connect all accessories (feeder and discharge conveyor)

7. Start operation as per the indicated button on the distribution box.

8. Enter the raw material into the engine body by conveyor

 

6. Maintenance and notes

1. Strictly prohibit drying inflammable and explosive dangerous goods

2. Do well the prepare and check job before starting

3. Safe operation, skilled person operation

4. Keep direct ratio of the feeding and discharging, adjusted the revolving speed according to moisture and humidity of the raw material.

5. Increase and decrease the heat source as per the moisture.

6. Fill lubricating oil timely when the gear sound is loud

7. The moisture of discharging material is below standard, check if the feeding material enters equality with the feeder conveyor
