Q:What are your charges for custom designs?
A:There is no setup or design fee for custom designs.that meet our MOQ no matter how complex the design. We charge according to the quantity, type, and color of the hot-fix product requested.
The number of different products within a design also affects the price. Shipping fees are quoted separately.
Q:Can you accept small orders?
A:Yes,we have our own factory,small order is accepted here.
Q:What is your turnaround time?
A:On the average, the layout and quote will be sent within 24 hours.and about 3 business days for production of a typical order.
