[Principle of detection]

The test strip is mainly composed with the FSH antibody 1 and goat-anti-mouse IgG on the NC membrane and colloidal gold labeled FSH antibody 2 on the polyester fiber membrane. The target FSH in urine can be specifically measured in the sandwich model by the lateral flow strip. In the presence of FSH, it will firstly bind with colloidal gold labeled antibody 2 and further be captured by the antibody 1 on the NC membrane, forming the test line for the evaluation the function of ovary. The colloidal gold will be further captured by the goat-anti-mouse antibody on NC membrane, forming the control line.

[Components of the strip]
The strip is composed with the sample pad, the polyester fiber membrane with the colloidal gold labeled mouse-anti-human FSH antibody, the nitrocellulose membrane with both the paired mouse-anti-human FSH
antibody and goat-anti-mouse IgG, plastic backs and plastic plate.

[ Storage condition and shelf-life]

The strip should be stored in dark and dry at 4℃~30℃ and the
shelf-life of the strip is 24 months.
