Product Introduction

 

This test machine is used to measure the fatigue life of ordinary V-belt, general narrow V-belt, and washing machine V-belt. The V-belt is installed on the two pulleys of the testing machine. After applying the specified tension, the torque is applied at a certain speed. The operation was performed to measure the rate of change of the center distance of the V-belt after 24 hours and whether the V-belt reached a predetermined fatigue life. Each time, two V-belt fatigue tests can be performed, and the length measuring function can be used as a length measuring machine, and fatigue testing and length measurement of other belt types can also be performed. Frequency control, digital display speed and running time, adjustable speed, retain the data after the V-band breaks. The operation is convenient, the design is novel, the appearance is beautiful, and the reliability is high.

The testing machine meets the requirements of GB/T 1171-1996 "General V-band", GB/T 15328-2009 "General V-band Fatigue Test Method (No Torque Method)", GB/T 12730-2002 "General Narrow V-band", HG/T 242-2001 "Washing Machine V-band" and JISK 6323-1989 "General V-band".
