Applications of Nucleotide disodium (I+G):
Nucleotide disodium (I+G) is a new generation of nucleotide food preservatives. It can be directly added to foods to enhance the freshness. It is a more economical and effective umami enhancer. It is one of the main flavor ingredients for instant noodles seasonings, seasonings such as chicken, chicken powder and soy sauce. It is mixed with sodium glutamate (MSG).
