1. Do you do customized service?
Yes, we do ODM, OEM, OBM service.
2. What surface finish are available to the bottles and jars?
We offer various kinds of surface handling method: Screen Printing, Frosting, Hot-stamping, Water transfer Print etc.
3. Can we get your samples?
Yes! Samples can be arranged for those available products for free. The Delivery Fee usually be paid by buyers.
4. What is the normal lead time?
A. For stock products, we will send goods to you within 20-25 workdays after we receive your payment. Artwork is not included.
B. For OEM products, the delivery time is 50workdays after down payment and samples approval. Artwork and mould making is not included
5. What is your shipping way?
We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements. By sea, by air or by express, etc.
6. How do you control the quality?
We will make samples before bulk production, and after sample approved,we will begin bulk production. Doing 100% inspection during production and random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.
