Material : PTFE material , to prevent the powder from sticking to it.
Use for : perfect for Gema GM03/ GA03 powder coating gun , which appears with the Gema Optiflex - 2 powder coating machine.

Suit for : Complex parts (deep recess) & Target spraying
Service life : about 1 year (base on epoxy powder)

Daily maintenance: 

1. Clean the gun, see chapter "Cleaning" Weekly maintenance

2. Clean the powder hopper, injector and powder gun. Only fill the powder hopper before resumption of operation

3. Check the grounding connections of the coating booth, the suspension devices of the work pieces, or the conveyor chain
