Main functions:

1. Skid replenishment for single well mobile corrosion inhibitor injection;

2. The skid internal corrosion inhibitor injection pump forms a corrosion resistant film on the inner wall of the gas collecting main line to slow down the corrosion of the gas collecting main line.

Product features:

Dosing device can achieve the following functions:

1. Remote start and stop of corrosion inhibitor pump and flow regulation.

2. Pump outlet pressure display.

3. Corrosion inhibitor pump status display.

4. Tank level display.

5. Corrosion inhibitor tank body pressure display.

6. Corrosion inhibitor tank fluid level display

7. Adequate maintenance space shall be left between internal skid equipment.

8. Noise control: at 1m from the sound source, the noise generated by the equipment shall not exceed 85dB(A).

9. The valve in the skid equipment and pipeline should ensure good sealing and wear resistance at the same time.

10. Meet the standard requirements of lightning protection and anti-static in the skid.(the distribution box, distribution box and other equipment with a ground mark shall be grounded; Valves and flanges for 4 bolts must be wire bonded.

11. Equipped with explosion-proof distribution box, starting switch and current and voltmeter with corresponding functions on the skid, protection level of distribution box inside the skid is not lower than IP65;The explosion-proof grade shall not be lower than dIIBT4.
