Yes.we are glad to accept your own design.Also, you can decide what material and color you want.Issues about products are all depend on you.

3 Can you print our own logo?

Yes, we can laser logo for you 

4 Can I get a sample?

We'll charge sample fee and freight.But it will return to you when you place order next time.

5 How long will be the lead time?

Normally,it will take 3-7days for sample.1-3days for stock products.and order products will take within 30days.

6. What about the warranty? 

All products will be checked times before delivered to make sure we provide you the best products. Also, we want to give you the best after service.If once our product do not meet you need,the following can help you. 

A.Replacing the product with manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase. 

b.Repairing the product free within 24 months of the purchase only in normal use condition. 

c.Out of 24 months warranty, total repair fee is dictated by the cost of repaired part.
