A1:Yes,the cup made by bpa free and food grade material,can pass the FDA SGS EU test.

Q2:What’s your MOQ?

A2:10000pcs,any small trial order is welcome like 5000pcs. but the price is a little highly,you know, the price is based on quantity!

Q3:What is the sample lead time &production lead time?

A3:The stock sample 1 day,making sample 7-10 workdays after received your sample charge. The production lead time depend on your order quantity,about 15-20 days based on MOQ.

Q4:The stock sample & making sample charge can be refundable?

A4:The stock sample cost will be refundable once you place an order.The making sample cost will be refundable if the order quantity can meet the request.

Q5:What’s kinds of printing you can do?

A5:Inmold labeling, 3d lenticular printing, Heat transfer printing, transfer printing,screen printingand so on…

Q6:What’s your payment terms and trade terms?

A6:30% deposit and 70% balance before shipping .FOB/CIF/Door to Door/By air as you like.
