LED foot cutting and testing machine

The LED bracket is cut, tested, unloaded, packaged, and heat sealed to reduce labor and reduce costs.
The test system is described as follows:
Product types that can be tested: momochrome LED lights, two-and three-legged two-color LED lights, infrared emission tubes, infrared receiver tubes.
Testable package: common shade and common yang.
Test items: small current voltage drop, large current voltage drop, reverse leakage, wavelength, brightness, photo current, dark current.
The working current is adjustable within 20mA, and the reverse voltage is adjustable within 9 V.
Other test conditions and accuracy requirements are tailored to customer requirements.
