Q1: Do you provide hanger samples ? Is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check our quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.We could offer the sample for free charge but the Express fee will be paid by the customers.
Q2: Is it possible to make the special hanger style upon my request?
A: OEM&ODM is available, you can show us the design plan, and it is better to ship us your original sample.
Q3: Is it acceptable to print our logo ?
A: Yes. Please inform us your LOGO artwork formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q4: If I need special color , can you do it?
A:Yes,we could paint color based on your request.
Q5: What's your MOQ ?
A: Low MOQ, for OEM, 500pc for a try order is acceptable.
Q6: If the products are broken during the transportation, how can I do?
A: You can show us the broken products by photos or video . After confirming the situation, we will refund this parts or resend you the same quantity wiht the same by the coming order. quantity of broken products. Normally, we load appropriat quantity as spare parts together with goods.
