The high speed automatic paper pasted block bottom square bag making unit is a high-tech automated production line. Mainly consists of ZT500 paper bag tube making machine and HD300 paper pasted block bottom square bag making machine. It adopts the technique integration of photo-electricity, mechanical, electrical and pneumatics.
The unit was completely made of more than 20 technological process and which was controlled and completed by the Photoelectric PLC automatic control system procedures.
It is high speed automatic paper pasted block bottom square bag production line with currently the highest domestic design automation and the best secure operation. The lubrication system was a automatic self-lubrication and it performance with high stability and lower noise. Workers are capable to adjust and drive this machine easier.
Bag bottom opening
Bag bottom opening is determined by the parallel orientation along the vertical walls at the end of upper

Main construction





High speed rotary vacuum feeder
