Description

The water production line mainly consists of water treatment system, filling system, labeling system, packing system, and ink-jet printer.

 

1. Water Treatment System

This machine is used for treatment of raw water in order to make it achieve the standard of drinking. This system is widely used in the clarification and degerming of all kinds of water, beverage, soybean sauce, vinegar, and wine, filtration of medicine and the water for electronic industry, as well as refining and concentration for the macromolecule substances such as protein and enzymic preparations, and has made successfully application.

 

2. Filling System

This machine uses normal filling method. The whole working process is automatic and is easy and convenient to operating.

The main parts of the machine is made by high quality stainless steel 304. The advanced Omron programmed controller PLC is adopted to control the machine to run automatically. The bottle entrance adopts wind sending conveyor, and the bottle exit adopts speed adjustable conveyor, coordinating with the transducer so as to make the bottle conveying more steadily and reliably.

 

3. Labeling System

This series of machines are used for labeling, and label shrinking. 

 

4. Packing System

The machine is used for packing bottles with shrink film.

 

5. Ink-jet Printer

This machine is used for printing production date and expiry date on the bottle.
