The CNG compressor for filling station is used for CNG mother station and daughter station.
Product features:
The whole structure adopts two-row symmetrical structure, which has simple structure, compact layout, large displacement, strong maintainability and wide application range.
Two rows of symmetrical structure, two curves are 180 degrees distributed each other, reciprocating inertia force and rotating inertia force are balanced internally, unit operation is balanced, and vibration is small.
The cylinder is arranged horizontally and symmetrically. The cylinder and filler are lubricated by oil-free structure, and the oil-saving effect is remarkable.
The energy-saving non-balanced compressor technology (patent No. ZL98229860.9) and high pressure packing sealing technology obtained by the state patent technology have achieved remarkable energy-saving results.
The compressor unit is skidded as a whole, which is convenient to transport and easy to install.
