Q6: How to start orders or make payments?

A:There are two ways for you to confirm order:

1. Proforma invoice with our company bank details will be sent to you once the order confirmed by Email. Pls arrange payment by TT. Goods will be sent after received payment within 1-3 business days.
2. Trade assurance order will be drafted for you through ALIBABA. Pls confirm and pay through Alibaba. Goods will be sent after received payment within 1-3 business days.

Q7:How do you treat quality complaint?
   A:First of all, our strict quality control measures will reduce the quality complaint rate to near zero. Also we have build up a professional sales-back team to feedback positively for you. If there is a rejected product, please follow the guide lines as below:

1. Please take clear photos of product with original packages.

2. Please calculate the rejected quantity.

3. Please send us the complaint sheet with all details by e-mail.

Our sales-back team will do research and submit the investigation report within 3 days with our QA&QC dept., and make sure to avoid this problem again. Below are solutions for reference:

1. If the package damage problem, make sure products are fine. We will provide new package for free if needed.
