Product Introduction

KLIDA Heat Repair Wrap is made of fire-resistant synthetic adhesive coated to the fiberglass fabric.It is mainly used for repairing tubes in high temperature,automobile&motorcycle exhausters ,etc.with the function of rapid reinforcement,repair,protection and leakage stoppage.

Application Instruction:

1. Clean the repair area with abrasive material.

2.  Wear protective gloves .

3. Remove the roller of the tape from the vacuum bag and immerse it in water at room temperature for 2-5seconds..

4. Press the tape roller out of excess water.

5. Wrap the belt roller around the breakage/crack location in several layers,maintaining the tension.For more durable repairs,it is recommended to wind the tape also 5-7cm from the place of breakage in both directions.

6. Distribute impregnation evenly over the entire area of the tape hands pressing with effort.

7. Wait 8-10minutes till the tape is dry.

8. The tape reaches its maximum strength in 24hours.

It is allowed to grind and color the tape to give the place of repair esthetic appearance.

Hazard description: In case of direct contact,irritate the skin and eyes.
