The machine is specially used for external measurement of CO2 cylinder.The cylinder is placed in the water jacket for expansion and deformation of the pressurized cylinder. The permanent deformation of the cylinder after expansion under pressure is determined according to the change of water volume in the water jacket outside the cylinder.After the cylinder cavity is filled with water, it is placed in a special water jacket, and the cylinder is pressurized to reach the required pressure, and then the pressure is maintained.At this point, the cylinder expands and deforms after being compressed, and the water volume decreases after the water in the water jacket is discharged outward. When the pressure relief of the cylinder reaches the holding time, the water volume in the water jacket recovers, and the unrestored part of the water volume is the permanent deformation after the cylinder expands under pressure.
