| 1. Barbed roller bearing and fan bearing: add 3# or 4# synthetic calcium-base grease (zg-3h or zg-4h) once a month, and the amount is 1/4 of the raceway space of rolling bearing. |
| 2, eat flower rod square cloth: each shift refueling twice. |
| 3. Sliding bearing and tensioning sprocket: add several drops of HJ5 mechanical oil every day. |
| 4. Add proper amount of oil to the reducer, preferably the oil on the large gear belt when the hand is rotating, clean and change the oil every half a year, and always open the small top cover to check the oil storage in the box |
| 5, the chain every shift a few drops of oil, keep the oil film. |
| 6, the first use of the new spring flower machine, must first lubricate each part;After long time, clean the gearbox and change the oil. |
