Feeding Parts

Lead edge feeder(under suction feeder)

 

*Independent servo-type leading edge, paper feeding mode can adjust the transfer length arbitrarily, maximizing reduce the damage to the strength of corrugated board

 

*Left and right baffle can be electrically adjusted

 

*Use high-power high-pressure fan to ensure smooth delivery of warped cardboard, air volume can be adjusted by micro-machine to adapt to 3-9mm corrugated paper

 

Feeding table 

 

*Adjustable brush and platen roller ensure accurate delivery of cardboard to front and side gauges

 

* Advanced push gauge and pull gauge can accurately put the cardboard into the accurate die-cutting position and enter the die-cutting section

 

*Taiwan Ruike photoelectric sensor can effectively prevent paper misplacement from entering the machine, thus reducing the scrap rate and improving the die cutting accuracy

Main Body

  

*Worm gear material is made of high quality alloy copper, precision machine tool processing, hand-scraping, high precision and especially wear-resistant

*Using Japanese SMC rotary joint with pneumatic clutch, low noise, long life and smoother braking

*The main chain adopts the original British RENOLD/Germany IWIS, which has good anti-stretching effect. The PLC can control the centralized chain oil supply system to complete the lubrication of the chain as needed

 

*Install a torque limiter between the intermittent mechanism and the main drive shaft. When the machine is overloaded, it will automatically stop the protection to reduce the damage to the machine

 

Die Cutting Part

 

*Safe and flexible design of the rotating device makes the board adjustment board faster and more convenient

 

*The frame is made of pneumatic lock plate, the protective beam and the lock nut are designed to make the template more stable
