Product Application

The machine is suitable for color fastness test of cotton, wool, silk, linen, chemical fiber and other textile materials. It can be used to test washable fastness performance of dye.

The instrument is a box design consisting of a box, a control panel and a rotating system. The spindle of the rotating system traverses the test box, and 12 small steel cup sockets are mounted on the shaft. During the test, the steel cup containing the sample, the detergent and the steel ball is mounted on the main shaft, and after the water in the tank reaches a certain temperature by heating, the spindle is rotated by the motor at a speed of 40 rpm to make the sample and the steel ball in the cup. Rubbing each other for a certain period of time in a certain temperature of the washing liquid environment to simulate five home washings or commercial washings in daily life, observing the color change of the sample after washing, and evaluating the color fastness level of the sample.
