------PDF, Core Draw, High resolution JPG.

Is the sample fee refoundable when I place order?
------Yes, sample fee will return when placing order, free samples is available if you pay for the freight cost.

Why does the product smell stinking?

------It is smell of Neoprene, you can place the product in the air for a while until the smell gone.

Can we mix color and size?
------No problem, but the lead time will be a little longer than sigle color& size.

Can we print or cusomize package if less than 2000 pieces?
------We can accept it if you can pay for the extra print fee & package fee.
