A : We’re industrial and trading company who are specialized in manufacturing bamboo products, such as kitchenware,bath items and household.   

Q2 : Can add the logo on product ?

A: Sure. Logo can be made by Hot Stamping,Laser engraving,CNC carved or Sticker.

Q3 : Can we have them with different size or our own design?

A: Yes, we can make different size and design as per customer request.

Q4 : Can you send samples to us and how long would it take? 
A: We could provide free samples for our regular items in 7 working days, but freight collected.

Q5 : How’s the sample charge for our own design?

A: If newly mould or accessories needed, USD50.00 would be charged for the sample production.

Q6 : How fast can you ship them? 
A: Usually our delivery time is about 30 days, which depends on your order quantity and our production schedule.
