YGL-GS04 & YGL-GS07: no need of auxiliary equipment to refill grease, users can easily replace with a new grease cartridge.
Features
1.The intermittent time and lubrication time are controlled by PLC system.
2.The motor reducer drives the piston group to move in the pump body through the crank rotation to complete the oil suction and discharge reciprocating motion.
3.Use new type of grease chunk to prevent the grease residue in the reservoir cup, grease chunk jammed and rollover.
4.The constant pressure function of the pressure relief valve can ensure service life.
5.Equipped with a solenoid valve to force the pressure relief to ensure the reliability of the pressure relief.
6.Can be used with YGL-L manual grease gun to replenish grease for quick refueling.

About system
System description:
1.Including volumetric grease lubricator, volumetric grease distributor, grease filter and adapters.
2.Divide into 2 forms: pressurizing quantitative output & pressure relief quantitative output
3.Pressured oil delivered by pump moves plunger in quantitative joints to force to deliver the oil to each lubrication point quantitatively.
Features:
1.Can deliver lubricant accurately to each lubrication point each time.
2.Pressure switch is optional at terminal pipe, which can monitor setting off, pressure loss, leakage at the joint of pipe and distributor.
3.Horizontal installation& vertical installation& install distance& install height of the same type volumetric distributor in this system can NOT influence the oil output volume.
System configuration suggestion:
1.Each lubrication point and proportional joint MUST be corresponding.
2.According to the actual oil demand of each lubrication point, chose corresponding volumetric grease distributor and quantitative joint, which can be used in any combination of parallel or series.
Installation and usage suggestion:
1.During the installation, pipes should be smoothly cut.
2.Keep pipes clean inside during the installation and use clean lubricant from regular suppliers to ensure normal operation of lubrication system.
3.Pls oil from the correct hole. Do NOT open the oil cap to oil from above the reservoir cup.
4.Pay attention to the change of temperature and use appropriate viscosity oil product.

Suitable main machine lubricator:
1.Plunger pump type: YGL-S, YGL-GS type grease volumetric lubricators
2.Gear pump type: YAG, YAM type grease volumetric lubricators
