Our after-sales service policy
1. The warranty period will be 12 months since when our end-user received the welding machine, accessories and vulnerable parts are not included.
2. We will reply to our customers within 24 hours of receiving warranty notice. Our maintenance service includes information supplying, remote assistance, components delivery etc.
3. If the machine has quality problem which is confirmed by our after-sales service department within the warranty period, we will provide the repaired components free of charge if needed and bear the corresponding transportation costs.
4. The minimum supply life of our equipment components is generally 7 years after the delivery of the product.

A: When the payment is less than 5000USD, 100%TT in advance; when the payment is 5000USD or more, 30% T/T in advance , the balance will be paid before delivery.
