2.Q:Can I make it with my own audio ?

A: Sure, we can make your own audio programme into sound chip, only need you offer us your Music/Audio in MP3/WAV format.

Also, we can supply voice recording sound chip, which you can record your own voice/sound at your own side by microphone.

3.Q:What’s battery it use ? How long it can be used and lifetime?

A: It comes with small  button button 2*AG10 battery, which you can change it yourself easily. Lifetime around 1Year, For 10seconds audio, you can use it 250times at least.

4.Q: How long make one my audio sample?

A: Fast sampling about 5-7Days.

5.Q: What is your MOQ and delivery time?

A: MOQ is 1000 pcs. 10-15 days for

minimum order quantity. 

6.Q: What’s your package?

A: standard Safety bulk PE package .ensure good protects for your product when transport.  customized package available

7.Q: Do you have any safety Certifications ?

A: CE&ROHS past.

♦How could I get samples? 
For New Customer ,We can provide samples if you have a Fedex or DHL account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight. Or, you send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.
