A: Sure, of course, the OEM printing logo is welcomed based on MOQ. Please show Brand Licensing and provide the original logo

Q2.Can you produce items that I can't find on your website?
A: Of course, we have strong tooling team, can open mold of special package products for you.
Q3.Can I get some samples before place order and how long for a sample?
A: Yes, samples are always free, freight collected. Delivery time 7 days. If need customize samples, Costs are various according
to your artwork. 7-15 days for a pre-production sample
Q4.How long can I expect to receive my goods after I place an order?
A: Our production time is usually 25days after pre-production sample confirmation.
Q5.What's your packing method?
A: We provide standard export carton packing to make sure safety delivery. We also accept the special packing method according to
customer's design.
Q6.What's the payment?
A: Advice Trade Assurance on Alibaba. We can also accept payment as the following, 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery.
Q7. How do you control the quality?
A: We will make samples before mass production and test them. Ater sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100%
inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.
Q8:Which shipping way is available and how to track?
A: By sea to your nearest port By air to your nearest airport By express (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS)to your door When your order
shipping out. we will provide you a tracking number, then you can check the status of the goods.
Q9: If got broken products in my order. What should I do?
A: Generally, the broken rate from 1%-3% is normal, if it is over 3%, please send pictures in time, we will compensate at your
next order.
