• Phased array module: The inspection modules of butt weld, crankshaft, pipeline corrosion , rail weld, rim axle, bolt and TKY etc.

• TOFD module: with diffusion angle measurement, delay calibration, flank measurement, PCS calibration, Lateral wave and backwall echo measurement, encoder calibration, depth calibration and other calibration; image processing with contrast, magnification, SAFT, straightening and differential .

• Conventional module: with sound velocity calibration, delay calibration, angle calibration, AVG calibration, DAC calibration; with waveform comparison, waveform envelope, peak memory, continuous storage, automatic gain and other functions.

• 3D process: All modules have a 3D process simulation model, which can customize the exclusive inspection process for users and provide a complete solution in one stop.

• Phased Array Calibration: Supports ACG and TCG curve compensation functions specified by the ASME standard, solves problems such as uneven energy distribution and measurement error during fan scan. The calibration flow design of sound velocity delay, ACG, TCG and encoder is simple and easy to use.

   

• Image processing: With dynamic depth focusing and image smoothing for high discernibility at different depths.; image zooming and panning for image display custom layout; and gate expansion for micro-inspection of defective images.
• Structure design: Omnisealed, water&dust -proof but capable of fan-free heat dissipation, over any adversities. Hotkey parameters setting , dual USB port for instant data dump and instrument upgrade, HDMI port for external display of unlimited size.
• Delay accuracy: Delay precision up to 2.5ns, improve the accuracy of phase delay, evident inhibition on side lobes as to enhance vertical and horizontal discernibility, as well as to improve imaging definition.
• Data acquisition: Responsive A/L/S/C/TOFD scan imaging, Encoder or time-based used for continuity of 100%-original-data logging.
• Focal laws: To be automatically generated according to beam angle, focal length, scan mode, specs of probe and wedge, with auto-optimized angle stepping of S-scan.
• Filter: 3 options of filtering: 0.5-9.6MHz, 2.5-12.9MHz, 3.8-19MHz. Auto Optimization of pulse width according to probe frequency; Excellent noise processing.
