*.   Power supply: 220/110Vac, and/or 12/24Vdc. 

*.   All outputs could be different voltages respectively.

*.   Optional full battery system, including all outputs, to meet:

         power supply often loses,

         solar energy source system,

         wind energy source system.         

*.   Drive any size (egg qty.) incubators.

Power supply: 110/220Vac, and/or 12Vdc backup. 

Power supply consumption: 3W.

Output for heaters: 12/24VDC. Rated current ≤ 10A for every output.

Output for others: 12VDC. Rated current ≤ 5A for every output.

 

 

For larger size incubator, it needs bigger heating energy.

 

For 110/220Vac heaters, the controller heat1/heat2 output drives the following component(s in parallel):

    The controller PIN14 supplied with 110/220Vac.

    The component input is 110/220Vac. 

    The components could be used:

        SSR-40AA,

        Megetic contactor,

        Relay (eg.: JQX-38F xx0VAC).

    The controler PIN14 supplied with 12Vdc.

    The component input is 12Vdc. 

    The componest could be used:

        SSR-40DA,

        Relay (eg.: JQX-38F 12VDC).

    The component(s) output drives heater(s).

 

For 12/24VDC heaters, the controller heat1/heat2 output drives the following componet(s in paralle): 

    The controller PIN14 supplied with DC.

    The component input is the DC.

    The component could be used:

         SSR-40DD,

         Relay (eg.: JQX-38F XXVDC).

    The component(s) output drives heater(s).
