  Glow plasma nitriding technology is an energy-saving, environmental protection, precise and efficient surface heat treatment process, which can be applied to the surface reinforcement of important parts and tools. Provided process and training


Deep controllable plasma nitriding patent technology, nitriding depth can reach 1.2mm and control the surface structure to obtain excellent fatigue properties.


Plasma oxygen sulfur nitride co-infiltration, on the outside of the diffusion layer, FeS and Fe3O4 layers with thefunction of oil storage and solid lubricant are obtained, which combine wear-resistance and reducing wear performance.


Our plasma nitriding production base has complete inspection equipment with four large plasma nitriding furnace,providing technical training and turnkey project at any time.
