Reusable Hammer-In and Reusable Drill-In Anchors—Also called hollow wall and molly anchors. Once installed, the screw can be removed repeatedly without affecting the anchor. To install, tap the anchor into the base material, then turn the screw to expand it. Two prongs under the flange prevent the anchors from turning inside the hole. Reusable hammer-in anchors do not require a drilled hole for installation. Can also be used in plaster and plywood. Ultimate pull-out strength is 80 lbs. based on tests in 3/8" drywall. For high volume tasks, take advantage of our optional installation tool—it doesn't require any twisting.
