The main equipment is: 12000T free forging hydraulic press, one set of 130T full hydraulic linkage forging operation machine, one set of 4000T free forging hydraulic machine, and one set of 35T full hydraulic linkage forging operation machine. The above equipment can be used for upsetting and forging 100T steel ingots (short shafts, squares, cakes, etc.), and long-forging 150T steel ingots (long strips, slender shafts, etc.). 1 set of 160T/32t forging special driving, 2 sets of 100T/50t transportation, 1 set of 100T/20t transportation, 2 sets of 80T/20t transportation, 1 set of 50T/10t forging, 32T/10t special-purpose driving 1 set. The regenerative computer controls 8 large-scale trolley-type natural gas heating furnaces, 8 regenerative forging heat treatment furnaces, 3 chamber-type tempering heat treatment furnaces, and 1 Φ3×12M well-type quenching furnace.
