Q48 Q58 series hanging chain type shot blast machinery has three types: continuous mix, step-by step and accumulating roller conveyor,Q38 Q48 cleaning machines are suitable for processing large bathes middle-and small-size work pieces.The workpieces, along with the pendent chain, move continuously or step by step,or by accumulating roller conveyor transportation.They can stop at given position and shot-blasting room. It is very easy and exact to finish the static loading/unloading and shot blasting works,the single hook can load capacity of 50-2000kg, accumulating roller chains have unique advantages: high efficiency and reliable operation.

 

Main Features
This series machine uses the method of multistage fixed-point rotation blasting and cleaning, removing the sand and oxide skin on the casting surface ,to reappear metal color. It is mainly used in car accessories and bolster, side frame, coupling, and frame of trail hook vehicle parts, at the same time also can clean the casting and small batch workpiece with similar size.
