A: We are direct factory and our production line covers all standards and non stands/special screws(panel fasteners/ captive screws/ rivet screws/ Clinch nut/ hex standoff/ brass insert nut/ rivet nuts/ rivet studs/others) as per your requirement.
2) Where is your factory and how can I visit it?

3) How long can I get some fasteners samples for checking and how much is it?
A: For the samples which available in stock, we can send it to you for free immediately. If make new samples as per your specification, it takes around 5 working days. The price of made to print samples will depends on the requirement of material, surface treatment, dimension, etc. Samples cost will be refunded when order quantity reaches to a certain amount.
4) How is the warranty of the fasteners quality control?
A: We hold the tightend quality controlling from very begining to the end and aim at 100% error free.
5) What's the delivery time?
A: For products in stock, we can ship it within 7 days after receiving your payment. For custom order, within 24 tons, production time is 20-35 days after confirmed every details.
