A1: Yes, all products can be passed  Prop65, CPSIA.

We achieved the ISO9001:2015, ISO 14001, also had passed factory audit by SEDEX, COSTCO, DISNEY AND NBCU.

Q2: What primary products dose your company produce?

A2: We produce daily-used ceramic kitchenware, tableware mainly in material of normal white and color glaze for porcelain ware, stoneware and ceramic.  Decorations include on-glaze and in-glaze.

Q3: How is the company’s development ability of product and designs?

A3: We are strong in making fashion designs; we have our own design teams to satisfy different market demand, 1000 new designs per year. We also do a lot of customized designs and licensed items.

Q4: Did your company export to USA and EU?

A4: Yes, our goods have been selling to North America, Europe, Japan, Korea and Australia and so on, since 1999.

Q5: What is the payment term?

A5: In generally, we quote FOB XIAMNE price, payment 30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance paid within 7 days against shipping documents, L/C at sight and D/P at sight.

Q6: What is your production lead-time for bulk order?

A6: Generally it takes 45-55 days for quantity of 2*40HQ. And 60-70 days in peak season.

Q7: What is the lead-time for sample?

A7: It will take about 7-14 days for sample, depends on actual sample details.

Q8: How is your factory capacity?

A8: We have two factories, which can produce around 60 containers per month in total.

Q9: Do you have EU Anti-Dumping Tax Code?

A9: Yes, B550 is our tax code, which enjoying lower duty rate at 17.9%.
