MBS Bead and Sidewall Cutter


MBS Bead and Sidewall Cutter is designed for cutting light truck and truck tires. It separates the tire into tread, sidewalls and bead bundles.


BEAD GRINDER


This machine is mainly used to separate various kinds of tyre rubber and steel wire in order to get whole steel wire.


MCM Hydraulic Tire Cutting Machine


It is used to cut the big tyre without bead into rubber blocks, which will be more easily crushed for the next process.


WIRE DRAWING MACHINE


Pull out wire coil inside tyre lip of steel wire type (truck tyre) so as to reduce abrasion of fragment on cutter.
The whole system adopts the oil pressure system.


MTC SHREDDER

MTC Tire Crusher is used to break down steel radial tires or bias ply tires into 50 x 50 mm chips, operating at ambient temperature. It can shred whole tire up to 1,250 mm overall diameter, with bead or debeaded.


CRACKER MILL

Crushing 50*50mm rubber block into rubber powder.
Two rollers are the main working parts of the machine, which are driven by motor via speed reducer and roate in a certain speed difference ratio.


MSR Devulcanizer

MSR Devulcanizer improves the viscoelasticity of vulcanized crumb rubber, when a softener is added to activate it under high temperature and atmospheric pressure, to selectively break the S-S and C-S rings and form longer molecular chains.


MRM Refining Mill

MRM Refining Mill is used to remove impurities from the pure and fine rubber powder when processing reclaimed rubber. The rollers are set very close to each other, with the gap at the ends closer than the centre; harder impurities are squeezed by the rollers to the ends and removed. Refined rubber in thin-sheet form, smooth and of uniform thickness of 0.1mm or less, is produced.
