Application:

It is used for treating the unqualified turbine oil, especially the seriously emulsified turbine oil. This product, which can rapidly and effectively remove the water, gas and impurities according to turbine oil’s nature of high water content, easy emulsification and high impurity content. And it make the oil recover the new oil’s nature.

Features: 

1. Dewater and break emulsification efficiently. Remove a quantity of water and moisture. As adopt break emulsification, the oil turn to be clear. It used the coalescence and separation technique and Duplex stereo-evaporation technology which has strong ability to break emulsion and remove water from the oil. 

2. Precise multi-stage filtration system help removes different kinds of impurities.

Filter impurities efficiently, auto-back flush can remove a quantity of impurities and the precious material can remove the tiny particles instead of the clean device of oil system. The feature can have the serious polluted oil system recover and reach the standard of the turbine oil pollution control standard 

3. The machine adopt Carbon fiber infrared heating system which can heating the oil speedy , stable and uniform..

4. Advanced Double- infrared fluid level auto-control system and pressure protection device make operation simple and safe.

5. It can purify any kinds of turbine oil used in steam turbine and water turbine online and onsite. 

6. Advanced dielectric condensation cooling system helps cool down air and gases from the flash distillation column so as to extend the service life of vacuum pump, avoiding the inconvenience of water cooling.

7. The machine can also be installed with digital flow meter to calculate and record the value of output oil .(It is optional).
