Q4. How can I proceed with the customized design & size rugs,and what about the time?

-- You just need to send us the photos and sizes of your rugs, and our designer will make the drawings for your confirmation. The lead time of customized rugs will be around 4-8 weeks.

Q5. What about your package?

--Rolled for small size rugs; Folded for large size rugs; Inner packing : waterproof plastic bag; Outer packing : double-layer woven bag.

Q6. What is your delivery time and shipment?

--(1) For sample or small order, the rugs will be ready within 5 days after receiving your           payment, and will be sent by Express Delivery,such as DHL, EMS,UPS,FedEx or TNT;

(2) For wholesale order or big shipment, the rugs will be ready within 15-30 days after receiving your payment, and will be sent by air or sea as your request.
