UWET L3000 Series 8kw Energy Saving Electronic Transformer to Replace Traditional Magnetic Transformer
The L3000 power system is an intelligent management system specially developed by our company for the UV LED curing system. The system integrates the power supply of the lamp board, various indicators monitoring of the lamp board status, matched assembly control, and data interaction. It is an intelligent platform with integrated management, reliable performance and small size.
1) The driver adopts digital control scheme and has standard industrial bus communication interface.
Standardized RS485 communication interface,MODBUS RTU communication protocol.
2)Optional independent multi-channel output,each channel
can be controlled digitally. each channel supports the protection functionn of overheating,
overvoltage,undervoltage,overcurrent and short circuit.
3)intergated structure,compact size, less external wiring, with human-machine interface debugging
and monitoring the running of driver through the human-machine interface
4)Integrates the frequenctly-used external control circuit,multi-channel digital input and output
node. analog node, PT100 temperature detection circuit.
5)Built-in lamp board cooling control to support air-cooled and water-cooled modes.
6)Extensible LED baseplate temperature detection module and led fault analysis module
