Features:

YQFB-3600 turbomolecular pump is a mechanical vacuum pump that uses high-speed rotating rotor to carry gas molecules to obtain ultra-high vacuum. It is a combination of a moving impeller and a static impeller. It is more energy-efficient and oil-free than the diffusion pump. It has the characteristics of high pumping speed and high compression ratio when it has molecular flow.

The moving impeller adopts variable cross-section processing, and its strength increases and the weight is reduced, which makes the molecular pump performance more reliable and stable.

The molecular pump has no selectivity and no memory effect on the pumped gas. Because of the high compression ratio of the gas with large molecular weight, the pump can obtain clean high vacuum and ultra high vacuum without the need of a cold trap and oil baffle.
