Main Feature:

 

1)Applicable to the processing of round holes, slots, keyholes, special-shaped holes etc.

   of aluminum alloy profiles, doors and windows, curtain wall aluminum alloy profiles,

    as well as aluminum profile milling, chamfering, plane engraving, etc.

2) The main shaft adopts cold electric main shaft, the power is 6KW, the rotation speed is

     0--18000 r / min, the precision is high, the safety is good, and the reliability is high;

3) Adopting Taiwan's new generation CNC numerical control system, equipped with

    professional CAD-CAM programming software, automatic conversion processing G code,

    simple operation, high efficiency and low labor intensity;

4) The table is turned 180°, -90°--0°--+90°, and the profile can be processed on one side in

     one time. When machining deep through holes (shaped holes), deep hole machining can

     be realized by turning the table to improve Efficiency and quality;

5) Adopt automatic pump oil supply system, the tool adopts system control spray cooling device;

6) The main components adopt steel structure and they are all through aging treated.
