Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 2-7days if the goods are in stock. or it is 7-15 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for testing firstly.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Available for wooden door and metal door, door thickness should >=33mm. Other doors, please feel free to contact us.

A: Normally, while the battery voltage lower 4.8v (can open lock more than 150 times), the lock will alarm for battery replacement.
Q: Will the setting up software too difficult for me?
A: Please do not worry, our software is easy and user-friendly designed. A very clear and thorough user manual will be sent to refer to.
Q: What’s the warranty?
A: 1 year warranty provided. More than 1 year warranty if we keep cooperation.
Q: How to replace my previous and broken locks without change doors.
A: If locks from us, there is no need to change the door, very simple.

Q: How much is the software?
