Product Application
Rotary evaporator is an evaporating instrument widely used in laboratory.It is suitable for reflux operation, rapid evaporation of solvent, concentration of trace components and reaction processes requiring stirring.
Rotary evaporator is mainly used for concentration, crystallization, drying, separation and solvent recovery in pharmaceutical, chemical and biological pharmaceutical industries.The principle is that under the vacuum condition, the constant temperature heating ,making the rotating bottle rotate at a constant speed, the material forms a large area of film on the bottle wall, and then solvent evaporates efficiently. The solvent vapor is cooled by the high efficiency glass condenser and recycled in the collection bottle, which greatly improves the evaporation efficiency.
Rotary evapotator is especially suitable for the concentration and purification of biological products which are easy to decompose and denature at high temperature.
Explosion-proof rotary evaporator uses a explosion-proof motor, that will keep reaction to be safe in the whole process.
