CHDIK-07 Ink remover for Pulp/waste paper deinking enzyme

 CHDIK-07 is a Ink remover for Pulp/waste paper deinking enzyme which used for waste paper pulp deinking process and it can reduce the dosage of common deinking chemicals and improve the chemical free deinking system consisting of sieve, flotation and washing. It can improve the pulp production performance, which is significantly important in relieving the shortage of paper making resources, and lightening secondary pollution led by recycling of waste paper.

Specification:

    Appearance: Brown liquid (Note that color does not affect or reflect activity.)

Enzyme dosage:   100-500ml /t waste paper

Suitable pH value: 7.0-9.0

Appropriate temperature: 35-65 ℃

Pulping Time: about 40 min.

Application:

Effect of Temperature: 

CHDIK-07 will function from 25 ^o C–60 ^o C with an optimum of 50 ^o C–60 ^o C. Higher operating temperature results in higher enzymatic activity providing lower enzyme dosage for a particular application.

Effect of Ph: 

CHDIK-07 will function from a pH of 7.0–9.0 with an optimum of 6.5-7.5.

Dosage: 

CHDIK-07 is added at a dosage between 20-50 g/ton (metric ton) of waste paper. Please adjust the dosage according the actual situation.

Storage: 

 

CHDIK-07 retains more than 90% activity after 12 months when stored at lower temperature (below 25℃, 77 ºF) out of direct sunlight and in the original, closed container. CHDIK-07 also retains more than 90% activity after 1 month when stored at 38 ^o C (100 ºF). Do not let freeze.
