Q2. What is your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?

A: Our MOQ is 5000 pieces or 1*20 feet container, but we can accept small trial orders from our new customers.

Q3. Can you do printing on the glass?
A: Yes,we can do:screen printing,curving,painting,electroplate.

Q4. Can you combine many items assorted in one container in my first order?

A: Yes, we can.But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.

Q5. If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?

A: When discharging the container, you need to inspect all the items in container. Checking the looking, packing, and burning of each item.If any breakage or defect products were founded, photos must be taken and send to me. All the claims must be presented within 15 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container.

Q6. Can I get free samples from Be-ladies before placing orders?
A: Yes, we can send you free samples of candles, But the freight is on buyer’s account.
